Order Fulfillment & Processing

At GX Offroad Tees, all of our apparel are printed to order. This means we do not keep a standing inventory; instead, your item is custom-made just for you once the order is placed.

Order Processing & Delivery

Order Cutoff Time: 9:00 AM (PST) - Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Handling Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom product .(Monday–Friday)

Transit Time: It typically takes 3–5 business days for your order to ship to the destination. (Monday–Friday)

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is placed (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over $70.
Flat rate shipping of $4.69 for tee shirts and $8.49 for hoodies applies to all other orders. See Shipping Rates.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the type of apparel you are purchasing. All orders are shipped via standard ground services (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

Note: Shipping costs for international orders or large-format custom pieces will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been printed and boxed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping Origin
To ensure the fastest delivery, our products are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to your location. Most U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped from Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.
