Return & Refund Policy
At GXOR Tees, we want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you need a different size or color of the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn condition and requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the process, please email us at info@gxortees.com with your order number and the specific size or color you would like to receive. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship the replacement to you.
Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@gxortees.com immediately for a free replacement.
